All things have rules and regulations to be followed depending with what people are dealing with. The ministry of transport is held responsible if something bad happens on the road since they are the ones in charge of all the vehicles on the road. The ministry ensures all roads are free from potholes and they are smooth to prevent accidents occurring frequently. The mot advisories is to make tests for automobile safety for all vehicles on roads to check if they are well and with no problems which can cause something bad to happen. Those which are spoiled are not allowed to be on roads. Almost everyday cars are done inspections of worthiness on the road. Vehicles are checked if they are insured by the law and if they have all documents which are legal for them to have freedom moving from different places. Drivers are checked if they have licenses to show they can drive well. Cars which are spoiled are not allowed to be on the road till they are fixed. Those which are extremely dirty are supposed to be washed and look clean.
