In this generation people no longer use letters to send to friends and offices. Though they are still used by some people but not like before. Letters wastes a lot of time for a person to decorate them and they also take long before the recipient get them and to send the reply. They are not used by large numbers because computers are there and they are used for all things. People use them to send letters and messages by emails. No matter how the far the distance, messages send on emails will go through on time and it will not be delayed just because the distance is long. Whether the distance is long or short there is no difference because they will take the same time to send and to receive. Emails are easy to construct because the computer assists in difficult words and languages. Computers is one of the devices which are important to people. This is because a person uses it not only for one function but for different functions. People should have an idea of how to have personal computers at home because they are used for storage of data. All computers one will not miss to have word document because its necessary for people to save information’s which are important to them. Word document helps a person to save the files as many times as possible and good thing about it is that it has a big space and enough space to occupy as many items as possible. The word document problems faced by users is that sometimes the saved files can fail to open is a person wants them urgently. You find that people don’t miss out some information’s of the documents saved and others end up getting disappointed if they find the information saved in not exactly the way they left. The easiest way to ensure that your computer software is working well is through updating it. I remember my computer teacher saying that the most recent version always works better, and that is why one needs to be aware of the versions that are being produced. Every software producing company will produce a newer version that has added advantages compared to the previous version, and in order to enjoy the benefits, one needs to update the software they already have. My cousin for instance did not know about this fact, and when his Windows started working slower than normal, he started thinking about getting windows help. I made him realize that the issue was because his windows version was outdated and he needed to update it. Right now, he is enjoying a faster service. Browsers too needs an update to ensure that you do not have problems when trying to access the internet. In fact, the many internet issues we have are due to an out of date browser and once its updated, the access to the internet becomes faster. |

There are different engineers in the country. Those ones for roads are the most people valued by people because they make the spoiled roads and ones with potholes to be made smooth. Most lives are caused by poor roads and itts because of the accidents. People are scared to purchase vehicles because of the roads since they donnt want to die of accidents.
