Cashmere Pashmina Scarf: An Added Touch of Luxury

To this day, one of the nicest gifts I've ever been gifted was a beautiful cream colored pashmina scarf given to me by my husband for our 5th year anniversary. He said it was because the first time he saw me I had been wearing a scarf, I don't remember that, but this is cashmere - so I went with it. It's one of the simplest things I own, but it makes me feel like a million dollars. There are those items of clothes that some people wear to let others know how expensive they are those bedecked with logos and labels, but this is just for me. It's so soft and cozy, yet unassuming that it provides satisfaction to only the one wearing it, and I like that. Plus, the color goes with everything. I think I've literally worn it with my entire wardrobe. There are even days when I wear it inside the house, just to make myself feel better. I know, it’s silly, but If silly makes me feel better, then so be it. It is one of my favorite things, and I hope it lasts well into the future, but if it doesn't, my husband will have an easy time in deciding what to get me for our next anniversary.
